my monitor's screen turns blue even i changed another monitor. Seems problem i n VGA card. what do u think??what to do?

hii wasim,
As u already check the monitor by replacing it..r u using PCI vga card..if yes then may b card is loose.
If it's onboard then the chances of defect in VGA r very less.
and if u want to create blog as i do..go to bloggers.com and create it..it's simple u hv not to do much evrythng is readymade..
